We were absolutely thrilled to be invited to share our food and presentation with the surgery department’s staff at The Bons Secours, Tralee, on Tuesday. Our sincere thanks to Dr. Fanning for organising the surprise lunch treat for her colleagues.
Thanks again, and we hope to see you all again, soon!
